Mom's Cabbage Salad

Note: Easy, tasty and keeps for one month in the fridge!
INGREDIENTS:
2 small cabbages
1 onion
1 green papper
1 red pepper
6 carrots
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup oil
1 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
shred the first 6 ingredients. Bring the remaining ingredients to a boil and pour over shredded vegetables. Mix.
